Fantastic band. I love Pompeii because of the great playing. Curt Cress is superb! Favorite tracks: Viva Pompeii, Dance on the Vulcano, Vesuvius 79 AD.

I'll be including a track from the album Spartacus "March to the Eternal City" on the next edition of my show ProgNation on All Rock DAB+ radio and online at www.allrockmalta.com.  This should hopefully air next Saturday 5-May-2012 at 22:00hrs CET.

Spartacus is trully one of the gems of the first prog era.

Thanks for inviting us to this group.
My copy of 'Pompeii' is simply unplayable now, having worn it out many years ago. Terrific playing, especially from Fritz.

Illusions on a Double Dimple is my favorite, closely followed by Spartacus.

I first grabbed "Old Loves Die Hard" back at Record Theatre in Rochester. The great old bargain imports bins ($4.98 as I recall). I still put the album on every now and then. Also grabbed "Pompeii" from the same bins. It was a few years later that I had to wait to find the rest. "Ala Carte" had just come out. Still a good album, Prog was going through a strange time (especially any of the bands that were still associated with Capitol).

I eventually found "Russian Roulette" about 2 years ago. Still not too sure what I think of it. A little too much of a mixed bag. Great album cover.

What a Brilliant Band!!;0)
I love all their albums, but if I had to choose one it would definitely have to be "Illusions On a Double Dimple" my favorite!!
Greetings from Toronto, Canada.
