It is a show about the history of Progressive Rock from 1966 to 1975. On it you can listen to tracks from albums from well known bands like Pink Floyd, Gentle Giant, Jethro Tull, Genesis and Yes and also obscure bands like Jade Warrior, Ash Ra Tempel, Supersister and Magna Carta. From Space Rock to Fusion you will find it all. All you need to know about Progressive Rock you’ll find it on ProgNation on All Rock.

Prog music from the late 60's to the present day is covered and I play a selection of prog genres and countries every week. I combine the music with trivia and listeners quite often open up a chat room.

Oh, and it also broadcasts in MP3Pro, so great quality always.

Also -- yesterday I received a CD from Sleepy Hollow "Legend" and it has the most perfect "warning" lable I've ever seen. It reads: "WARNING: This album may cause you to think -- or even worse -- use your imagination". Speaks volumes for PROG!
