…To Be Continued by Norwegian act The Windmill is a very
impressive piece of work to say the least. The opening track
Cinnamon comes at you like a freight train without a pause. While
Colour of Season has a more subtle opening. By now it is apparent
that this album has so much to offer.
…To Be Continued is layered with beautiful textures and woven with
some of the best elements of prog over the last three decades.
Track 3 is 21+ minute mini epic that will you satisfied but wait
there is more like the Eagle and one of my favorites Don’t be
afraid which has some very nice flute work no doubt inspired by Ian
Anderson the album closes with on a softer side with To Be
Continued. The production is wonderful, my only thought is this
with such a wonderful album why wrap it in an album cover that does
not make a powerful statement as does the music.
This album is highly recommended.
