This is an Interactive Internet-Radio show, LIVE ON AIR every Friday from 2pm to 5pm EST (5 hours later in the UK,and 6 hours later in Europe), North American Eastern Standard Time that airs on UK70s Prog Rock, part of the 265 Live internet Radio Stations.
You can reach Frank on the "facebook" group, or by sending e-mail to progrockshow@hotmail.com during the show and leave comments and requests anytime. We will be checking in!
You can also call in with your opinion, requests, stories or just to say "hi".
