We are pleased to announce that recording has been completed for Farpoint's 5th album, entitled KINDRED. It takes a different turn from some of the recent material we've recorded, but we think it still sounds like Farpoint. Editing and mixing are underway, and we hope for a release sometime around late summer.

In today’s music market with 100 of thousands of home recording studios and musicians from all walks of life taking there stab at fame. There are almost as many ways to get free music as there are arches of gold. It’s no wonder it’s getting even harder for people to check out your page or to sell your music. I have found that many musicians think there music will speak for it self it should but that’s not always the case. Some musicians think… Continue

We are humbled at the amount of great reviews our new album, "Touch the Sky Volume I" is receiving worldwide. Some of which are so good it's almost embarrassing! You can view portions of several of them on our site near the bottom. Better yet, you can listen to several of our music samples and decide for yourself what kind of review you think this release deserves.
It is with sadness that we inform you we do not know what the future is for power of prog please read the blog below to see what we are talking about. We will be closing down Music Is Our Voice site in the next few months and possibly even power of prog depending on the out come and the price that they decide to charge us. If we do close power of prog, we will migrate it to our official site http://melodicrevolution.ning.com as we will keep this… Continue

Thanks to Ulf from Merlin Prog for the review. The original was in Norwegian, so I had to use Google Translator to translate it, but still some of it is choppy, but still understandable. The orginal review can be found at www.merlinprog.com/nordamerika.htm Enjoy.

Hey everyone, it's been a long journey, but almost nearing 3 years, our new CD "The Culmination" is FINALLY finished. I think we have really progressed from "From Sunrise to Sunset," but I'll let the listeners figure that one out. Personally, barring all the circumstances both me & Brandon have faced throughout the years, this album closes a chapter & thus a new one begins. Hopefully, the album will be released within the next 2 weeks. I'll keep everyone…
