     " Our good TFK friend, Fred Lessing, from Portugal has a dire medical situation in his family. His wife Inez has cancer and needs a specialized procedure that is not covered by insurance. He says, "It has been confirmed today that our health system only offers my wife "whole brain" radiation treatment, which will allow her live for only a few more months, and basically transform her into a vegetable a month after the treatment. The non-covered treatment, however, will extend her life by years."
