We’re pleased to announce the release of our new ‘lockdown’ song/video ‘Forever’ on Monday July 6th. As we announced previously, the song and video have been recorded and filmed remotely over the last few weeks. It’s the first time we’ve tried this and it’s been a great way to keep the creative process going during the lockdown.
A huge thanks to all of you who took part in the video – it was a truly global effort and we had some very creative responses! The track will also be on the new album currently being recorded.
We’re making the track free to download and just ask that you consider making a donation, however small, to a charity of your choice instead.
The live album was recorded during the band’s east coast mini-tour in late 2019 at My Father’s Place in the Roslyn Hotel, Long Island, New York. “Live From New York” features 75 minutes of music, including two songs from each of their last two albums and one brand new song Chasing the Lesser Light.
All purchases of the new album come with an immediate download of the (MPEG-4) concert filmed In New York during the recording of the live album.
Kinetic Element goes ECO-friendly with the new album. The CD is housed in ECO-friendly CD packaging called a Digipack Lite™ made from recyclable and post-consumer recycled materials. Caligula’s Horse, hailing from Brisbane, Australia, a leading light in contemporary progressive metal worldwide, are set to release their fifth studio album ‘Rise Radiant’ on May 22nd, 2020. Produced by the group’s Sam Vallen, and mixed by Jens Bogren (Opeth, Devin Townsend Project, Leprous), the record is their most focussed and potent artistic statement to date.
