Fresh in from Michigan, progressive indie rock group Abandoners are releasing their latest single “I’m Too Late”. This is the second single that the band, which is a collaboration between multi-instrumentalist team Ross Morgan and Nick Hagen, will release this year.

Lead singer Ross Morgan states: “We have actually been working on the song that became I’m Too Late for a few years, trading demos, figuring out the arrangement, so we’re excited to let people hear it. We loved our first song but we really wanted to take this up a whole level. Nick really played some incredible guitar and bass on this track and did a fantastic job with the production. ”

Hagen – who is best known as lead guitarist for progressive rock band Entransient, and for his production work with dozens of Michigan bands – and Morgan – who is also the mastermind of prog-metal act Holloway – released their first collaborative single as Abandoners in June of this year, and have been working on the follow up since then.

The single is also accompanied by an atmospheric music video consisting of moody images of waterfalls, nature scenes and grungy effects.

Their music is available in high quality wav format for free from their website, and is on iTunes and most streaming services.
