Veteran Swedish progressive rockers The Flower Kings released the first part of a career spanning boxset titled âA Kingdom of Colours (1995-2002)â late last year, covering the period starting with âBack in the World of Adventuresâ to âUnfold the Futureâ over the course of 10 discs. Now they are pleased to announce the release of âA Kingdom of Colours 2 (2004 â 2013) which covers the albums from âAdam & Eveâ to âDesolation Roseâ and also includes 3 discs of bonus material dating back from 1995. As with the first part of the boxset, there is a brand new interview with band leader Roine Stolt conducted by journalist Dom Lawson (The Guardian, Prog Magazine), giving a history of this period of the bandâs existence.
A limited amount of the box-set will be available in the US only through: www.insideoutshop.com
Last year the band also released a new remixed & remastered vinyl edition of their landmark album âUnfold The Futureâ. Order that vinyl here now: http://smarturl.it/UnfoldTheFuture2017

Due to unexpected health issues, unfortunately, Ralph Schuckett will be unable to tour with Utopia this spring.
While discussing a replacement keyboardist, it occurred to us that there may be someone out there who already knows the music and vocal parts and would like an opportunity to tour with us. So if you think you could fill those big shoes, we invite you to submit an audio and/or video sample to us.
We are on a very fast track, so the decision will be made this week. Band rehearsals begin in 2 weeks, so you wonât have a lot of time to learn the set. If you still want to try out, send your submissions (mp3s or links) to info@panacea-ent.com.
If audio-only, a photo would be nice but not required.

announces new
According to a posting by Kscope
2018 studio release Under The Fragmented Sky marks the 10th anniversary of Lunatic Soul.
Lunatic Soul is Mariusz Duda, the talented creator, singer and multi-instrumentalist behind Riverside. Under The Fragmented Sky is Duda’s sixth studio album as Lunatic Soul and follows the acclaimed Fractured (both were recorded at the same time whilst Mariusz was facing tragic events in his personal life).
Under the Fragmented Sky rebuilds Lunatic Soul as we know it, with dark and haunting atmospheres coming to the forefront. Duda explains “Fractured was not a full picture of the latest Lunatic Soul recordings. These more classical pieces have been waiting for their own time which has now come.â
Recorded during the Fractured sessions and completed in early 2018, Under the Fragmented Sky is a supplement to Fractured as well being an artistically independent release with its own identity.
180g clear vinyl in gatefold. All orders through Burning Shed come with an exclusive digital download of the entire album from the release date (25th May) which will be available on the account page.
“Dudaâs clearly endured, making real art out of his adversity.â –Â Classic Rock
“It’s often like the best film music… honours the Pink Floyd branches of the Porcupine Tree.â – Prog Magazine
