“Out to Sea” is the debut Instrumental Progressive Rock Album by Fernando Perdomo, guitarist and bassist of the Dave Kerzner Band. The album draws inspiration from classic 70s Art Rock albums by the likes of Steve Hackett, Peter Banks, Steve Howe, and Jan Akkerman. Acclaimed artist Paul Whitehead painted the cover image. Other covers by Whitehead include “Trespass,” “Nursery Cryme,” and “Foxtrot” by Genesis. While all instruments on the record were played Fernando, save one drum track, he has put together a stellar group to perform the music of “Out To Sea” live.
“Out To Sea” was a pre-release on Cruise To The Edge 2018, a progressive rock concert cruise headlined by the band Yes, where Fernando played with the Dave Kerzner Band alongside Kerzner, Derek Cintron, Roger Houdaille, vocalists Durga and Lorelei McBroom (Pink Floyd), and special guests Randy McStine (The Fringe), John Wesley (Porcupine Tree), Steve Rothery (Marillion), Steve Hackett (Genesis), Harry Waters (Roger Waters), Gabriel Agudo (Bad Dreams) as well as Geoff Downes, Jon Davison, and Billy Sherwood of Yes. Fernando also played guitar in a special tribute to John Wetton with Kerzner and Thijs Van Leer of Focus. On previous performances on Cruise To The Edge, Fernando accompanied Sonja Kristina (Curved Air) and an all-star line up of progressive rock musicians in Dave Kerzner Band’s tribute to the late Greg Lake of Emerson, Lake and Palmer.

The reviews are pouring in for “Out To Sea”:
“…This album was really a surprise. Many guitar solo albums are different versions of the same thing; not the case here. From the first listen, ‘Out to Sea’ is captivating as it is different…” – The Prog Report,
“To call Fernando Perdomo a genius is like saying it snows in the arctic. An imaginative artist, producer, songwriter and sideman, he takes his cues from his beloved influences of the ’60s and ’70s – The Beatles, the Alan Parsons Project, ELO, et. al. – and then absorbs them into his own output, resulting in a glorious mesh of sonics and suggestion…” – Lee Zimmerman, Goldmine Magazine,
“There’s still plenty of life in the sounds and structures of the classic prog era, and the invention, lyricism and sheer joy Fernando Perdomoa brings to this album prove it.” – Kruekutt, Progarchy,

About The Album
Thriving for balance, Costa paints Zoungla using ethnic sounds of the past with futuristic electronic tones, extremes from silly to sad, dark to bright, calm to intense and serious to fun.
Uninspired by the corruption and hatred in the world, Captain Landsick grew weary of the land around him and sets course to explore new realities and fulfill his dreams. In the midst of his journey he finds himself mirroring that exact image he despised and became just as greedy as the atrocious world he once looked down upon. Mother Nature, taking matters into her own hands, condemned Captain Landsick to a lifetime of being a prisoner of the sea.
As time passes Captain Landsick becomes interconnected with his crew mates and takes the time he’s been burdened with to reflect on the purpose of life. After being humbled by Mother Nature’s grand design, his journey to conquer land had turned into a lesson of becoming one with the universe and he finally finds solace in Our Land.
Experience the instrumental musical that takes you on a journey through the storms of the sea to discover the arbitrary walls we build and the lines that we draw!
All music composed, mixed and mastered by Costa Damoulianos

Artist Biography
As early as Costa Damoulianos began to learn the letters of the alphabet he was learning the notes of the piano. At the age of twelve, he strived for a broader awareness of music and turned to the bass guitar and drums which eventually led to the discovery of his talent for playing guitar and singing. When Costa turned 17 he began his professional music career and attended Vanier Music School to learn jazz guitar.
However, the most crucial moment of his early adolescence was the day that his father introduced him to a tape mixer, this was the day when Costa first found his love for mixing and producing music. Multi instrumental curiosity led him to technologically advance in what he believes to be one of today’s most interesting musical techniques; electronic composition.
Costa takes influence from various styles of music such as Pink Floyd, Ott, Shpongle, Jeff Martin, Dream Theater, Argaman, Rush, Hans Zimmer, Pain of Salvation, Yanni, Devin Townsend and Koji Kondo. His love for music continued to expand and develop and he increasingly devoted his time towards a progressive direction, introducing Zoungla.

The LP reissue programme on Pink Floyd Records continues with the release on November 18th of Animals, the first time it has been issued in over 20 years. After over eight months of continuous recording at their own Britannia Row studios in 1976, Animals was originally released in 1977 and became one of the band’s most popular albums. The album cover, featuring ‘Algie’ the pig floating above London’s Battersea Power Station, is amongst Pink Floyd’s most recognisable covers, while Algie was most recently sighting above London’s V&A Museum to launch The Pink Floyd Exhibition: Their Mortal Remains.
Animals joins the first seven Pink Floyd albums (The Piper at The Gates Of Dawn, A Saucerful Of Secrets, More, Ummagumma, Atom Heart Mother, Meddle, and Obscured By Clouds) in having been remastered in 2016 from the original master tapes and pressed in heavyweight 180 gram vinyl, with packaging based closely on the original LP sleeves.
In addition, The Wall and The Division Bell LP remasters are both available now, Wish You Were Here will be available on October 14th, and The Dark Side of the Moon on November 4th.
