Hard Rock band NeverWake premiered their video for the single “Call Out My Name” on Bravewords.com. NeverWake is based in Pittsburgh PA with an international social media fan base of over 100,000 followers. “Call Out My Name” has hit the airwaves and has been picked up and is in rotation internationally on many FM and digital radio stations.
“The song is about burying and leaving something behind. Something that could call back to you, but you’ve moved on and can’t be influenced over it anymore. For some of us, it’s toxic relationships, for others, it’s addiction, and the list could go on. We’ve all got something that we’ve left behind for one reason or another, calling us back. But if we remember the reason we buried it, it’s easier to ignore” says Johnny DiCarlo (lead vocals/lead guitar).
Johnny adds, “The video was actually shot and produced by my company The Presenters. We also had some camera and production help from my friend James Watson, who actually used to be in NW. We built that set in the basement of the house I grew up in. Actually a lot of our older music was created in that basement now that I think of it. A few of the guys in the band are pretty big gamers. The set for this video was actually inspired by a video game I played back in college. In the game, I remember walking in a room and stopping to admire my surroundings. The walls were draped in an elegant red, there were pieces of art here and there. So we made a similar area. Draped the walls, scattered some gold and brass elements around, added some older antiques. In a way, I think it worked great. You’ve got these guys surrounded by relics of the past and junk collected at various times doing something new. “
NeverWake’s sound is a dark take on active hard rock. It’s a sinew of rock and metal elements complete with captivating melodies, dark guitar harmonies, and head-banging grooves. Their melodic vocals pull the listener into a haunting trance which is then awakened with explosive guitar work over a strong foundational bass and powerful drum performances. NeverWakeconsists of Johnny DiCarlo on lead vocals/lead guitar, Marcus Giannamore on drums/vocals, George Scott on bass guitar/vocals and Justin Sanford lead guitar/vocals.
NeverWake recently finished a 30 day, 25 city national tour with active rock artists “The Veer Union” and is in the process of completing their 4th release “Misguided”, a 6-song EP produced by John Moyer of Disturbed. This follows a 5 song EP (also produced by John Moyer) and two full 12/13-song albums.
NeverWake’s notoriety is increasing internationally as they have achieved feats such as performing at the Loudest Month festival Carolina Rebellion, at the Heart of Texas Rockfest-SXSW in Austin TX, Rockfest WI, along with countless other national acts across the US.
NeverWake is currently endorsed by Schecter Guitars, EMG pickups, DR Handmade Strings, and Splawn Amplification. NeverWake is signed to Melodic Revolution Records and managed by Atomic Cowboy Productions.
Please get in touch if you would like to interview the band.

Jordan Rudess’ ability is nothing short of miraculous
NEW YORK (October 10, 2018) – Voted “Best Keyboardist of All Time” (Music Radar Magazine), virtuoso musician/composer Jordan Rudess, will embark on a 3-continent solo piano tour FROM BACH TO ROCK featuring the music of Dream Theater reimagined for the piano. Rudess’ solo piano concerts have been selling out venues throughout the US and Europe for the past year. This tour will begin on November 12 with performances in Japan, Taibei and Singapore followed by 7 shows in Australia and New Zealand and 5 shows in Argentina, Chile and Brazil. Many of the venues are offering VIP packages which will provide fans with an intimate experience with Rudess at the piano.

Voted “Best Keyboardist of All Time” (Music Radar Magazine), Jordan Rudess is best known as the keyboardist/multi-instrumentalist extraordinaire for platinum-selling Grammy- nominated prog rock band, Dream Theater. He trained at the world-renowned Juilliard School of Music, where he first studied as a child prodigy at age nine. As a teen, he defected to synthesizers in a classic act of rock ’n’ roll rebellion. In 1994, Keyboard readers voted him “best new talent,” and since then has become the universally acknowledged heir to the shredding throne of such prog-rock royalty as Keith Emerson and Rick Wakeman. He is renowned for his unique fusion of classical technique and influences with rock sensibilities.
In addition to playing in Dream Theater, Jordan has worked with a wide range of artists including David Bowie, Jan Hammer, Enrique Iglesias, the Paul Winter Consort, Annie Haslam, LMR, his side project with Tony Levin and Marco Minneman, Liquid Tension Experiment, Steven Wilson, Aviv Geffen, the Dixie Dregs, Rod Morgenstein, and Tony Williams, among others. Jordan’s interest in state-of-the-art keyboard controllers and music apps are another area of his career in which he has achieved success. Jordan owns the successful App development company Wizdom Music, creators of award-winning apps such as MorphWiz, SampleWiz, and Geo Synthesizer. Wizdom Music’s latest app, GeoShred, was created in collaboration with moForte, founding members of Stanford University’s Sondius team. For more: jordanrudess.com wizdommusic.com.

Mile Marker Zero is the final band signed for RoSfest 2019. They’re a very talented Progressive Rock group from New Haven, CT USA!
Mile Marker Zero isn’t a band that the average progressive rock fan will be all that much aware of, but they have been around in one guise or another for 15 years by now – or 13 years if you refer to the band’s official biography. They released their self-titled debut album back in 2009, and along with their 2006 EP “The Haunted” they did get quite a bit of attention in those earlier days. Being the first unsigned band to have their music featured in the video game series RockBand among the proud moments from that phase of their career.
In later years the band has released a second EP, “Young Rust” (2014), and in March 2018 the band launched their second album “The Fifth Row“. The quality of the latter was so impressive that we just had to book this band, even if we didn’t really have any free slots left – we’ll get back to how that detail will be sorted when we release the official schedule for RoSfest 2019.
For those not already aware of Mile Marker Zero, progressive metal with clear references to the foundations of the genre established “back in the day” by good old Rush is a fitting and appropriate manner in which to describe what this band is all about. We love it, and we are certain that many others will as well – especially after having seen them perform their material live on the stage of course.
RoSfest 2019 will take place on May 3rd through 5th, 2019 at the Sarasota Opera House, Florida. Scheduled bands to play: Friday- Cryptic Vision and Von Hertzen Brothers. Saturday- Entransient, Mile Marker Zero, Karmamoi, Phideaux and Jethro Tull 50th Anniversary Tour with Martin Barre, Clive Bunker and Jonathan Noyce. Sunday- Edge of Reality, Traverser, Flor De Loto, and Riverside. The complete schedule with times will be posted shortly on the RoSfest website.
We love this 2019 lineup and think that you will too! Hope to see everyone in Sarasota next May!
